What We Do

What we do is simple. We use our experience and knowledge to make your business look as good as possible. We find ways to compel your potential customers to buy from you instead of your competition. We realize that image is everything, at least in the beginning, and we do our best to make your company look like a star. We use common sense and experience to come up with just the right mix that sets your company apart from your competitors.

We look for the things that would make customers want to buy from you instead of your competitors. Once we do all that leg work, then we sit down and come up with marketing materials that inform your potential customers of the facts. We just put all of the cards on the table, and let the customer make the informed decision. Sounds simple doesn't it? Well there is a little more to it than that, but you get the idea of what we do now. If it were that simple, then everyone would be doing what we do.

We also take human behavior and psychology into mind. Did you realize studies on human nature shows that people make purchases based simply on emotion? You might think it was based on rational behavior, but the studies show that people buy on emotional reasons and then justify the purchase with logic. That is just one of the many human behavior and psychology factors that we use to our customer's advantage.

Software We Use

In keeping with image, providing our customers the best image has to offer, we swear by certain software programs deemed "the best" in the industry. Although we are a smaller firm, we refuse to skimp on things we feel will affect the image we try to build for our customers.

We use Adobe PhotoShop, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, DreamWeaver, and other high-end graphic design programs. The one thing that we strive to convey for each of our customers is "PROFESSIONAL". All of the programs we use are used by the big names in the marketing industry. We have spared no expense when it comes to upholding professionalism; not only for ourselves, but also for the customers we serve. These programs help ensure that "PROFESSIONAL" comes across in everything we design for our customers. When it comes across to our customers that way, it also tends to be the same for our customer's customers.

Although we have spared no expense on these programs, we remain competitive. We have creative ways to form customer alliances that enable us to cut customer costs. One such example is a willingness to ask for recognition for the design or creation of a particular product. By allowing us to state that fact in the print version, we are willing to cut the cost of our services because of the potential additional sales when that material is seen by others. We understand the need for flexibility, and the fact that business funds can lag behind sales. We are willing to work with our customers when it comes to payment for our services.

There hasn't been an update in a while here at SCGP, and we're about to start fixing that with a site redesign as well.
