Professional Library

We sat down and wondered to ourselves "Why should anyone listen to what we say, or believe what we tell them they need to do?". Our answer to that was to provide our visitors with solid answers as to where we have gained our knowledge from. Five years of website design experience was the obvious answer, along with almost 9 years of self employment history. The less obvious was the "where" we gained our knowledge from, and what we used to generate our own success. Part of that is a little vague since we are not going to publish the owner's complete resume online, but part of the answer to that "where" does come from the founders own work experiences in both management and entry level business experiences.

The other tangible and reproducible answer to that "where" comes from the professional library the founder has accumulated over his years of self employment history. The rest of the information on this page will detail that library, and will also include references to materials that were not yet completed. Where materials were not completed, it will be noted. We also offer the founder's skills and experience with programs and authoring. An old saying goes "If you want to be successful, then follow in the footpaths of someone who already has achieved what you want to achieve." We have made it our practice to only listen to those that are where we want to be.

They are there to represent artistic ability in the event you might need something created from scratch. Employment Career Highlights

• Redesigned the filing process for the medical records department reducing the backlog of un-filed medical results. Assisted in writing/update of SOP's (Standard Operational Procedures) for the military medical clinic to improve clinic operations and patient services. Created the SOP for the new appointments area when it was created.
• Redesigned warehouse operations to improve order fulfillment ratios and improve customer relations. Within three months, order fulfillment ratios climbed from 50% to 99.5% reducing lost inventory and high levels of expired materials. I completed warehouse inventory automation and tracking, including entering 2,500 line items to the MICROMICS database. I was loaned to the medical parts division to help correct problems with their medical parts inventory tracking system.
• Established a training library to improve shift supervisor management skills. Library subjects included employee motivation, promoting team environment, personal improvement, and time management. Designed "cheat sheets" to help new employees grasp job task responsibilities in the baking area quickly.
• Identified and implemented diversified income resources for websites through strategic alliances with affiliate programs online. Negotiated and secured joint marketing efforts with an international company through online efforts. Results included 50,000 banner impressions per month, and a targeted 50% affiliate program. This leverages online marketing ability and provides an additional income stream above present company products/services.
• Established a mobile DJ company in 1994 which I still run.
• Established Sanders Consultation Services & Website Design in 1997.
