SCGP - Mission Statement

Sanders Consultation Group Plus will provide various professional services relating to website design, marketing, and graphical editing to private individuals and businesses. Services will encompass web and print media applications, and include website design and optimization services as well. We will provide such services in a professional and timely manner to help our customers leverage their marketing abilities and achieve their own goals.

When providing service in a consultation setting, we will attempt to inform our customers with the pro's and con's associated with the subject at hand, and allow them to reach their own conclusions. We will always ensure that these evaluations are unbiased, and shed complete light on the topics at hand.

We will build long term relationships with those we serve, and make sure we are around to answer any question, or provide support for our services well beyond the initial sale. We will hold these relationships valued, and remember each of our customers. It is our customers that make us successful, and without them we have nothing.

SCGP - Code of Conduct

After having the site online a couple months now, we felt the need to establish some of our business practices. We offer the following to help our visitors and potential customers understand our business practices, and the code of ethics that SCGP follows. We welcome you to read this code of ethics to learn exactly how SCGP operates, what you can expect from us, and how far we go to satisfy our customers.

We will strive to provide only the highest quaility, reputable company links across the SCGP domain. SCGP is designed for the visitor, and will above all, always place the visitor above all else. We will establish a dispute policy where visitors may send us complaints about any link on our site. When such disputes are conveyed to SCGP, we will investigate such claims in an efficient and timely manner. Any links found to violate our pre-established quality guidelines will be removed from the SCGP domain.

Website Design:

We will strive to provide the highest quality website design possible. We will use our knowledge of search engines and search engine placement to help our customers establish a ranking in the search engines. We will do this by maintaining present knowledge on search engine positioning and optimization. We realize that building a page is no longer enough. Those pages must also be indexed by search engines to bring our customers a return on their investment. We will also use our knowledge on marketing to further enhance our customer's goals.

By following the most recent SEO guidelines and suggestions, we will use our marketing knowledge to create content rich themed sites which will further ensure our customer's ranking in search engine results. We will help to establish relevant links within our customer's sites to other sites, which will also increase their popularity and ranking relevance within search engine results.

We will not make promises to our visitor and potential customers that we can not keep. We will not allow unreputable companies to prosper from our visitors and potential customers. In keeping with that promise we will filter out links that fail to deliver what they promise or offer. We will not do things that damage our reputation or lessen our percieved trust. We will do all things neccessary to show our visitors and potential customers that we are trustable, and that our business practices are above reproach. We will perform in such manners as to show them their trust was waranted, and not misplaced.

We will act in ways that will always put our visitors and potential customers before ourselves, because we believe that if we can help enough others to realize their dreams, then we will eventually become prosperous because of it. There is no prosperity without our visitors and potential customers, so without them there would be no SCGP. We also realize that this prosperity will not only come in monetary gain, but also in a spiritual gain because of those lives we have been able to touch and make better.

In keeping with these codes, we will never mislead a visitor or potential customer in any way, and we will use our experience and knowledge to benefit our visitors and potential customers to our maximum ability; each and every time.
