Jordan's PA K-9 Academy Website Design
Proposal
Since Mr. Jordan works with dogs, we thought a real
looking dog would be a good choice. When you look at the dog here,
can you help but think that this dog looks happy? He has an almost
grin on his face doesn't he? So in using this image, what are we
really conveying to potential customers? Send your beloved pet to
Mr. Jordan for your training or boarding needs, and your pet will
be just as happy as this dog is.
Again, it reinforces that calm, relaxing, conducive
environment to properly train your pet. It adds credibility to Mr.
Jordan's abilities in an online format. Not to mention, from what
I've been told, Rottweilers are Mr. Jordan's favorites. After all,
Mr. Jordan does work closely with local police authorities in the
Susquehanna Valley, and does a lot of their dog training for them.
That says allot in itself. He has to have the right credentials
and experience to be able to do that. And if he can train dogs in
that capacity, then what does that say for someone sending their
pet to him? Personal advantages and credibility that needed to be
added to the site in order to convey professionalism in an online
format.
This just shows another point needed in a well thought
out and planned site design. Its the marketing tactics that go into
it. The thought that needs to be done in order to provide a successful
design. The more questions you can answer for a potential customer
on your site, the more chance that they are going to make the order.
If you were searching online for products or services, and you were
comparing companies, which company would rank higher in your research?
Would it be the company that presented their information so well
that it left few questions in your mind about their abilities or
products, or the company that left you wondering what their ability
or quality was?
The problem is that many companies chose to hire
a designer that doesn't look at these common sense areas. The designer
takes the information supplied by the company, puts a site together
for them, knows that the information is not as complete as it could
be, and then the company wonders why the site doesn't produce. The
answer is simple, your designer had no clue about marketing, or
neglected to inform you of possible problems with the way the information
was presented.
Sanders Consultation Group Plus takes a common sense
approach to website design. We take the customer's information and
layout ideas, and then put ourselves in the position of a potential
customer visiting their site. As we walk through the information,
we ask ourselves questions. Those questions include things like
the following:
- Does the site convey professionalism and the ability
for the company to deliver?
- Does the site answer the most obvious questions
that a potential customer would have?
- Does the site make it easy to contact the company
with questions?
- Does the site look aesthetically appealing?
- Does the site generate the emotions needed to
push a potential customer to a purchase?
- Is there anything missing?
These are only the beginning to the kinds of things
Sanders Consultation Group Plus does to make sure that the services
we provide to our customers are superior and professional. We put
allot of hard work into what we do, along with a lot of thought.
We think outside the box when it comes to offering our customers
solutions they can count on.
